A contemporary multi-script serif and sans serif superfamily for digital and printed media.

The starting point and inspiration for FF Tisa were wood-cut slab serif typefaces from the 19th century. On the other hand some 'humanistic' characteristics, make the typeface more dynamic and softer. Based on the serif version Tisa Sans was also created. Both sans and serif are available in eight carefully graded weights, from the nearly monolinear Thin to the dramatic Black. Each weight has proper italics. All styles have small caps and various opentype features.

Besides Latin the font family includes Greek and Cyrillic that also covers Central Asian languages. The Type Directors Club recognised the quality of FF Tisa, awarding the font at TDC2 in 2007. FF Tisa Sans won an award from CommArts in 2013. The font family is sold via Monotype, Myfonts and Adobe.
